About CD Pressley LLC

At CD Pressley, we have been providing construction services to clients for almost a quarter century. In 2003 we were established as a drywall contractor for both residential and commercial markets. Shortly after we incorporated plastering and stucco. 

In the residential market we worked on many new construction homes in the 10k square foot range, setting us apart from the average contractor. 

In 2010 we began shifting our focus to general contracting and haven't looked back.

We are no longer a subcontractor.

We have successfully completed numerous projects ranging from small home renovations, additions, new construction, historic restoration as well as mid-sized commercial remodeling and commercial new construction. 

Our work has been included in a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article and on television. You most likely have a friend that lives in a home we have been part of building or you have eaten at, purchased clothes, products or had your hair done or seen a doctor at a facility that we have either built or been involved in its construction. 

The pictures you see on this site are a very tiny portion of our work. 

As a general contractor, we provide a wide range of construction services within the residential and commercial sectors. 

Privately, CD Pressley works closely with investors on residential flips and development projects. 

Publicly, our services include new construction, remodeling, renovation, and select repairs. 

Options include contracting by cost percentage, or we can provide a full design build package starting with schematic and design development contracted separately. If your needs are simple, it would be handled on a percentage basis or time and materials. 

Regardless which path you take, we are committed to providing high quality, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. 

We do not provide "estimates" on ideas or speculation. There must be a professionally created blueprint to provide pricing. We also do not work with clients that are acting as their own general contractor.

Subcontractor options that focus on low cost as well as options that focus on high quality are available. Please keep in mind you cant get high quality and low cost at the same time. We can however find a palatable blending of the two.  

CD Pressley will only build new buildings and large additions using ICF exterior wall systems. Insulated Concrete Forms are by far the best method of building. 

An ICF home is the safest, strongest and reasonably the best on efficiency. While there are some that are more efficient such as SIP's, they are not practical to build as they aren't a solid structure, relying only on foam and panel boards to act as the wall. An ICF is a solid reinforced concrete wall with fire resistant foam that is encapsulating it on both sides, inside the home and outside. So an ICF will always win the fight when all factors are considered. 

We use only Build Block ICF. We have found that system to be the most versatile and cost effective. We do use traditional dimensional lumber or commonly known as "stick" building to add features such as bump outs and for roofing and flooring systems. Interior walls are stick as well. 

Founder Christian Pressley has decades of experience in both residential and commercial construction. He began his experience in roofing, then in plastering and drywall. His history working for other employers includes working on large medical and multifamily new construction builds, residential new construction and remodeling. 

He has obtained multiple manufacturer certifications. 

He has studied Architecture at UWM, Business at UWO and UWDFL, as well as having studied Law at Liberty University.
