Whether you want a modest, or off the charts, epic basement remodel, CD Pressley can make it happen. If you have a new home with a clean shell, or if you have an old home with decades of repairs and modifications to undo, it doesn't matter with us. We can handle any home and provide any level of finished product. 

Basement remodel pricing varies greatly from home to home, plan to plan.  

For basement remodels, we can provide a baseline detailed quote, without creating blueprints. The baseline quote, will be based on a detailed materials, and options list; not a blueprint. Upon contracting, based on that scope of work, and material selections list, a blue print will then be created. During that process, any changes to the scope of work, and material selections list, will then affect the cost of the project. 

Just to give you an idea of costs now, while we do not contract based on a square foot price, a typical basement remodel is around 80$ a square foot, but can be as low as 50 and as high as 130, or more. 

The typical basement remodel takes about 8 weeks, but once again, every job is different. There is no way to know how long yours will take, until we figure out what you need, and what condition it currently is in.  

We offer an industry leading 10 year warranty on all labor and most materials.
